This has been a day for reflection. I've been thinking about the two friends who passed within one month's time and remembering clever things they said, positive affirmations they offered, and how fully they lived. I decided this would be a good day to set aside worries and simply enjoy being here on this beautiful earth. When I'm in this frame of mind, it's very comforting to have furry companions on my lap or in my arms. My "boys" do not disappoint. Spouse took a photo of brothers Bailey, Elliot, and Ziggy relaxing on my lap. I'm sure the boys don't realize they are my "therapy".
