Until recently, Kelly has been almost secretive about bathing her kittens. That's why I was so concerned for awhile. I never saw her bathing them or tending to their eliminaton needs. The vet helped me calm down about that when she said the kittens would be very ill if Kelly had not been doing those things for them, and obviously, they are healthy.
This morning I caught the little family during bath time. Kelly was giving the kittens good scrubbings and for the most part, they didn't seem to mind. Only one kitten escaped the bathing because he was asleep the whole time. After I turned off the camera, Kelly started playing with the kittens and I thought she was being a little bit rough, but they seemed to like it. I guess she knows what she's doing. She and her kittens have done well in spite of my intervention.
