JUST FOOLIN' AROUND

What a good time we had this weekend. Granddaughter has returned to her home but the memories we made will last for a long time to come. Spouse and Grandson returned from their biking trip and boy were they dragging. Grandson said he had a good time and that when he and his granddad took a break from their bike ride, they toured northern Indiana and walked the campus of Notre Dame. Grandson mentioned how odd it is that the college town is called South Bend (where I was born), although it's in the northern part of the state. He and his granddad also traveled to Lake Michigan and were close to the water. Grandson said it looked as big as an ocean from his perspective.

We're so thankful for the time we're able to spend with our grandkids and we appreciate the trust our daughter and son-in-law have in us when we're with them. It was truly a memory making weekend.
